Hi hun, I know EXACTLY what you're feeling. I, too, am very shy and when I just say hi or even look at a guy I really like I turn a bright red. It is quite embarrassing and unfortunately there's nothing you can do about it. When you're about to ask him out, just take a slow, deep breath and then go up and ask him. Can't help you with the stuttering as I don't do that. But if you blush, you blush. If he likes you back, I'm sure he'll think it's really sweet that you get all flustered for him.Good luck :)

What do you do about it? Imagine that the roles were reversed. Think about him asking you out. He'd be freaked out, and you'd want to put him at ease. You'd be nice, you'd be cool, you'd be gracious. And you'd be happy that he did it. So imagine all those things in reverse -- expect him to be happy that you're asking him out, that you're doing *him* a favour.
