And all the sudden he brks up w me but acts like nothing happened and invites me over keeps in touch but less and also hangs w his friends more. And when they are busy he calls me!When i tell him that i dont like this and im going to cut all the communication with him because i dont want to be in this weird relationship to this he replies " but im not acting single dont you like how I treat you...?"I dont really know what to do, couse I want him to either be w me as with his GF or to leave me alone!  Tell him no, you don't like how he treats you, and since you're broken up you're off to find a man who treats you better. He's your ex now and you don't have to pay him any attention at all. You are not second best or a fallback option when nothing else is around, and YOU need to stop accepting this treatment. People treat us as we allow them too.

 Why would you want him to be your boyfriend? It sounds like he doesn't treat you right at all, and only wants to speak to you when it's convenient. Move on and find someone else, someone that will treat you with respect.
