Now, I can understand he talking of the girl who use to work with cuz they got along very well, but with me he ironically met twice and it was just before he left. The fun part is that he have been keeping in touch with me rather than her. What does he means by saying that and including me in the sentence?

Men are notoriously thick when it comes to interpreting womens' gestures, so leave him in no doubt about what you'd like to do with him. There's a 50/50 chance of him taking you up on any offer you make!

Perhaps he is interested in you, yes. It sounds like he wouldn't be against the idea of beginning a relationship... It all depends really on how you feel about him as to whether or not this will go anywhere.
With him being more of a friend to the other girl, maybe that's all they really are, friends. And you could be more than one. Dunno if this helps or not, but I hope it at least gives you an idea of some sort :)

It could all be that he does have a lil crush, give it some time to C if he comes out and tells you. Watch for the signs of him possibly wanting to come on to you or turning you into his girl. He already is on that path by keeping in touch with you. Does he get fresh with you or act like he wants something out of you friendship, if so dont hesitate to take that chance if u really like him!!
