Does the cup size decrease a lot when you lose weight?

I wanna get fit.

I'm not really fat, actually, I'm in my normal weight range (I used to be overweight, just not anymore). However, there's still some flab around my mid section and my hips, butt and especially thighs.

I want to lose around 10 lbs as I think that would do it. I also want to get tight, you know, my abs, legs and butt. I've lost like 20 lbs already.

However, I'm scared that if I lose weight, my breasts will shrink. They're smallish... I'm a B cup and they already look small compared to my hips. I'm scared, what happens if I go down to an A cup? I'm tall, but I'm not slender, I have wide hips, small waist, so if my breasts shrink I'll look like a true pear!

In case they shrink, what could I do? I don't want surgery. How can I know if they'll shrink?

Tisha-1 agony auntIf you're losing fat all over your body, your breast size might go down a bit, but it should all stay in proportion. Keep in mind though that getting fit also means you're getting good muscle tone, and that includes your pectoral muscles, the ones that underly the breasts. Include some upper body work outs in your fitness regime and that will help you keep your breasts looking fuller, as well as supporting your breast tissue.

Good for you for being fit, just keep it sensible!

trixi agony auntfirst off can i say well done on loosing 20lb you have done great.

now are you sure loosing more weight is the was to go? you sound like you have a gorgeous hour glass figure to me.maby all you need to do is tone up.

swimming is great for this.

when you loose weight it comes off all over your body not just one certain part & it generely goes from the top down.

your face arms & chest will loose weight first then so on down your body so yes you will loose weight off your chest.

if this happens & you dont feel comfortable with your smaller self there are great bras out there that will lift you up & push you out giving you a fuller look that will flatter you.
