But I was curious, and so I'm gonna ask this: If a guys is being stimulated anally, does his anus produce any kind of lubrication or liquid like a vagina would? Idk, stupid question...but it just crossed my mind for some reason. And I wanted to know. Hope you guys aren't too annoyed.

The rule for anal sex is this: "When you think you've used too much lube, you've almost got enough."
You'll need to invest in some KY.

As a gay, you'll now learn very fast that water based oil is very good or, if you're more dirty, your companion spitting in your ass frequently could do the job too...
Have fun :)

But it definitely doesn't create enough lube for anal sex, you see a vagina is designed for insertion so the lube it makes and its design is for easier penetration. The anus is designed to expel poop so it doesn't create the same amount nor the same type of lube, so you always have to use extra lube. I'm not quite sure about this though, it's possible that feces is just naturally lubed on its own.

It's good that you've come to terms with your sexuality, as it's a big part of who you are and it's what you want.
In answer to your question -
No, it doesn't. Inserting something into the anus without using a lubricant can cause both severe pain and injury to the anus. While there are several types of lubricants that can be used as an anal lubricant, some work better than others. Silicone based lubricants are considered by many to be the best option for lubricating the anus, as it both lubricates and helps to keep the skin moisturized and is condom safe. Vaseline is another common anal lubricant, but it is not safe to use with latex condoms.
I really hope this answer helps :)
