 Masturbation is just "self sex" or playing with ones own sex organs for pleasure.
More then 2/3 of all people do it...and no one admits it. Its healthy and completely normal.

 I think you mean "simulating sex", if you are talking about in context of movies and such. In that case, simulating sex means making it look like the actors are having sex when they're not.
If you DO mean "stimulating sex" that doesn't mean anything specific other than sex that is arousing.
Masturbation is bringing oneself to orgasm. You can also find the phrase "mutual masturbation" which is done between two people masturbating in each other's presence, or using their hands on each other's genitals.
