Whenever I have swallowed someone else's sperm then within half an hour, I can feel my stomach bubbling and have to rush to the toilet. The interesting thing though, is that in 50% of the times I swallow my own sperm (which I do quite a lot), the same thing happens.This points to a sensitivity to sperm itself, rather than any health problems with the producer.

 Semen is mainly water so swallowing it is harmless but some people have sensitive stomachs and anything can upset it. I think you should be safe but as a previous poster said the producer may have an infection or something. It's best to use condoms until you're absolutely sure that he's clean.

 Unless you are allergic to proteins I think you shouldnt get sick, the other option is that you are just disgusted and feel the need to throw up.

If you feel disgusted by what you have swallowed or the taste of it then you might throw up.
But since it is just proteins then I don't think you can actually get ill from it.

reader, anonymous, writes (1 November 2008): It is feasibly possible if the producer of the sperm has an infection (bacterial or viral). Generally though the stomach acids dissolve most things and sperm is only proteinaceous material...gametes just like caviar(sturgeons eggs) or other fish roe.
