I left her a message with my phone number saying that the flowers are from me.She did not reply back. Does that pretty much mean she is not interested in me?I have called her twice after that to see how she is doing but she does not pick up my calls or reply back to me.

you like her.. you have her number..how did you get it?
sounds to me a bit stalkerish....

How did you get her phone number? Did she gice it to you or did you get it some other way?
Could she be in class or at work and not able to reply?
Does she have a boyfriend?
Have you spent any time with her getting to know her, or have you just been admiring her from afar, then out of the blue sent flowers to her house or work? If you did the latter, how did you know where to send the flowers?
If you have been getting all of this information from other people, or by following her, she may see the flowers as less of a gift and more a sign you are stalking her.

I think you were too available to her .. Girls like to chase .. & when you give her flowers & call her all the time .. For her it's not exciting ..
And maybe she hoped the flowers were from someone else .. Someone she's trying to get over ..
Don't blame yourself .. Just try to play a little more hard to get ..
