Our relationship is good, he does everything to please me, he remember all my things, he is very always concerned about my health because i have very bad health. I don't think you should be too concerned. After all, he did hug you really tightly, even it he didn't respond in kind... yet!! To guys, saying "I love you" sometimes takes longer. But, your relationship sounds good, and I would just give him more time on this. I'm sure he hasn't forgotten you said this, and

No, I dnt think you should be concerned.
Maybe he just doesnt think that it is the right time to say it to you, maybe he wants to be completely sure that he loves you before he says it.
If this is the case then you;ve found yourself a great guy
Just be happy your with a guy who cares so much about you
