I thought that I had maybe sat on it so I left it for a while to see if the pain would go away. Later on in the night I could feel the pain when I was walking around, again this pain wasn't agonising. The next morning my testicle seemed to be a lot better; but as the day progressed I began to feel the discomfort again and noticed that the front of my scrotum was slightly red but this colour disappeared after 20 minutes or so.Well anyway, this is the 3rd day now and I appear to have no redness on the scrotum or pain in my testicle. I will see what i'm am like tonight then consult my GP tomorrow.Does anyone know what this could be, or have had a similar problem? Reply to this Question Share |

It sounds like mild epididymitis. This is caused by infection and can be treated with antibiotics if yours hasn't already cleared up. Go and see your GP anyway as there could be other causes and you should be examined.
