Hey,

Welcome to my article where I like to share knowledge on Social Science and Social Dynamics.

Social Dynamics is the science that explains why people behave the way they do in social situations. It can be a very interesting subject to read if you want to improve your success in social situations.

Today I want to talk about Low self image. Its a problem that is ripe in many young teens. Its basically when you think you're ugly.

Maybe you know you're ugly because nobody talks to you and only approaches your friends.

My advice would be to put yourself in different environments.

If you can sing really well and your voice is beautiful. Then your audience will clap and cheer. If they were any guys in the audience. The laws of social science would mean that they would approach you instead. Because your talent is bieng exhibited.

On the flip side if you were really good looking then night clubs and bars would be your exhibition. Because people there are looking and judging on looks.

The idea is to put your self in environments that showcase something other that looks. A dance class if you love to dance, A drama class if you want to act. An art class if you love to draw.

The science behind this is that your body language sub-communicates a lot about you. In an appearance driven environment you wont feel very confident and your body will act like a sign that tells everyone. But in a talent driven environment you will portray confidence and that will attract the attention you want.

But you need to shine above the rest.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for reading, any comments would be welcome.
