A female Canada age 36-40, anonymous writes:

so everything started in the bar. this guy is the brother of my friend's boyfriend. we danced and got drunk. i'm not totally drunk so im still aware of whats going on that night. he's trying to kiss me but i always ignore it. but after a couple hours of being with him, i end up kissing him back. we stayed in the hotel after with my friend and his brother. so of course we slept together but nothing happened except that we kissed. its pretty weird because its just the 2nd time ive met him and this shit happened already. but the good thing is, before we slept in we have a conversation first sharing about our life.the next day, i thought its gonna be awkward cause we're both drunk last night but im wrong. he knows what happened and we still acted the same way. we went out for a movie with my friend and her boyfriend(his brother)and he's holding my hands. so i thought that maybe we both like each other.

so the next day he has to go back in his place which is 2 hours away from me.so now we dont get out too much. he texted me but like just once a week and sometimes i would make an effort to text him first. 3 weeks after, his brother planned to have a party and stayed there at their place for 3 days. he invited me as well cause he said he wants to hang out with me, and he wants me to meet his parents. so i met his parents and friends and all that stuffs and slept at his room.when we're together i feel so special for him, but if not im nothing. he holds my hands and kisses me like thrice a day when i was there. then after that 3 days in his place, everything goes back again to normal. he won't text me unless i text him first. thats not fair. he acts like just a friend (nothing special)and seems like nothing happened between us. i dont know if he just taken me for granted or he really likes me but he's afraid of something. please help me im confused and to be honest i already like him. his brother would tell me that according to him he's interested to me but he's shy. i really can't see that he's interested to me everytime we're far from each other. but when we're together i could sense that he likes me. i dont know. he's friends to everyone too like he has so many girl friends so i dont know if he's just really like that. what should i do? do i have to end this thing going on between us? its a long distance too and he dont have a car so we dont spend together just the two of us.as of now, we text but very often. he doesn't even call me. well he called me once but he never say hello. so i just hang up on him. and thats it nothing follows after that. i need an advice of what to do next.. do you think he really likes me or he just took me for granted?

thank you for the advice though honestly that really hurts me. but you're right. i have to accept the fact that he's not right for me and just fooling me. so now, he's texting me saying sorry cause he's busy and stuffs so he wasn't able to text me. do you think he's just lying?? and therefore, he doesnt really want me anymore??? or he just got a new girl??
