I mean, okay.. she might think about "that thing he did" and wish that you would... however, she is likely to tell you that anyway. In addition, you sound really paranoid... its probably nothing and it really doesn't exist... knowing that, you should not bring it up to her because not only would you be acusing her for no apparent reason, but you would be acting like an idiot.

I don't see if it matters who she's thinking about during sex. She's having sex with you isn't she? Shouldn't that be enough?
Oh, and frankly, if you're going to have this kind of hang up with every girl you date, you might want to stick to virgins.
Sarcasm aside, you need to deal with your jealousy and paranoia silently, quietly, or else see a therapist. Justified or not, these kinds of thoughts are dark and unhealthy.

If you ask her that she's going to think you think about other people when you have sex and it's going to cause an argument. I strongly advise that you don't ask her unless she happens to scream out someone elses name during sex,

There is no harm in asking her what she thinks about. If she gets mad at you for asking then she probably does, if she is calm about it then she is being truthful. I dont think of past experiences because it is my guy right then and there that is pleasing me. not a thought of someone else.
