Guys, especially young men under 30 or so, are VERY aware of their orgasm - with or without condoms! Orgasm is a rather complicated process in both men and women. For guys, orgasm includes the forceful release of sperm - which is called "ejaculation". Shortly before this happens most guys feel their interior plumbing re-configuring itself in preparation for releasing semen rather than urine. (Some folks call this feeling "the point of no return".)
The time from the start of orgasm until the ejaculation contractions, may be only a fraction of a second - which isn't enough time for the guy to do anything. And, orgasm includes the release of some powerful hormones that can take over muscle control.
So yes, a guy knows when he ejaculates, and even a little before, but he may not be able to do anything (except enjoy it!) even if he has every intention of pulling out.
But ejaculation isn't the ONLY way sperm is released. Some guys leak semen, either in the pre-cum or all by itself. In this case, a guy does NOT know when he is releasing sperm.

yeah i always feel it. why would a condom change that at all? its just a thin piece of latex over the penis. the only time i didnt noticed i was done was when my girl woke me up in the middle of the night after i worked a 12hr shift for sex. i was half asleep so didnt really notice it. but always wear that condom, like they said precum you dont really feel but it still has traces of sperm and all the goodies of stds.

but if they are inexperienced or especially excited the man can lose focus or control and cum quite quickly. Especially virgins or "near virgins". Or if you are hotter than anyone they have ever been with.
So I guess my point is they know..but sometimes, by the time they know its too late.
Best to keep it wrapped

Yes, absolutely, it's called an orgasm and it's hard for the brain to ignore it when it happens. Regardless of whether they're wearing a condom or not, men know when it's about to happen but they should always, always wear a condom. "Pulling out" will not prevent pregnancy nor diseases. Condoms are essential.

yeah they have a pretty good idea, but sometimes they ejaculate sooner than they thought they would. a lot of times they try to hold it back to make sex longer, but they get too excited and just go.
