reader, anonymous, writes (16 July 2009): Reading between the lines here - I guess you've been left high and dry a few times? In an ideal world it would be good if both came simultaneously at least once. Sometimes it happens, sometimes not but I think it's rather bad manners to roll over and start snoring while the woman is left halfway up and hanging in mid-air.
LazyGuy's second paragraph is just about what happens with me - especially the trigger bit.

no the woman does not need to ogasm at the same time time, as a womans orgasm makes the cervix dip down into the vagina to "gather" the sperm if she orgasms before then there will be no sperm there, at the same time or after then then she may get pregnant.

That is a good one.
Sex is way to complex to keep score. Orgasms are not all equal. Women can have multiple ones and longer ones then men can, but most women have a harder time reaching one. Some women can keep going, most men have only so much stamina.
In real life, a couple will have to figure out what works for them. If you two are in tune then yeah, it is possible to reach it together. or more likely, that the orgasm of one, triggers the other. But there is no more certain way to ruin the fun in bed then to start keeping a score chart or start to overly worry about climaxing together.

And yes, to be fair and equal, women should get the same chances.
However, life is not equal or fair.
If your guy is not satisfying you then teach him better or find a new man.
