However it has been a while for me and I'm a little worried about the condom staying put while we're at it! I don't want to ruin the moment and look concerned or anything but I have had incidences in the past where the condom has worked it's way up and a few times where it almost came off and my boyfriend at the time had to carefully stop midway through and while it was still inside use his fingers to gently roll the condom back down. Is this common? Has anyone ever had this?I'm a bit worried about this happening and I don't want to keep asking if its still on, etc but that's what I may be thinking. If he was my long term boyfriend I'm sure I'd feel comfortable to talk about it before, but this is a bit more casual kinda thing.Hope someone can help.

Usually they do, but shit happens. I've had a number of them break on me though.

I know that talking about the "mechanicals" of sex can be embarrassing but if you're willing to take all your clothes of in front of a guy and have him touch your most intimate areas, - you should be able to talk about sex with him - even if it is a more casual relationship
