Significantly obvious, her arms and legs are thinner and her stomach is impossibly flat! Now, what doesn't make sense to me is when I told her she'd lost weight she said she did a juice diet and worked out everyday 2 times a day. Yet, my brother was with me when i went for lunch with her and he said that there is no way she lost that weight that quickly, not unless she starved herself! I want to believe her, but he seems right and it doesn't add up that someone could loose that much weight unless they didn't eat...She's been dealing with a lot of stress this past ten days, so it seems to make sense that from that she just didn't eat. And I know you guys don't know what she looked like before and how she looks now, but lets just say it's clear to see she has lost weight very, very quickly! So I just wanted an opinion on whether you think she is telling the truth, or if my brother was right that she must have starved herself? I'm just worried and I don't want to accuse her of anything if there is a chance that it was possible she was telling the truth...

Drinking only juice is starving yourself, especially when she's working out twice a day. She's using up far more calories than she's consuming. That leads to weight loss. Juice isn't enough calories, nor is it a healthy balanced diet.
Have you considered that she might have an eating disorder? You don't need to accuse her, you need to have a discussion about healthy eating habits and tell her you are concerned by her dramatic weight loss.

Google the "beyonce cayenne diet" to get an idea of what it means. It is not healthy. Having gained this information you should talk to someone with experience such as a teacher/nurse at your school/ local doctors surgery. As it is a very delicate topic that must be dealt with very carefully as it can be dangerous for people who might take their weight loss too seriously or succumb to an eating disorder. Even if it is not a body health issue your girlfriend is obviously unhappy aout something that she might like/need to talk about. Good luck :)
