 Lol...it may have very well been an orgasm!Orgasm may be different for every woman, so it is possible that this was it was for you :) Now the thump on the back thing I have never heard of, but I won't say anything against it. Maybe another female can clarify that.Just be careful: safe sex or no sex...remember that! :)
