Did his feelings change in just a week?

my and my fience have been together 3 years in march.

were only 20 years old and still quiet young.

ive been really ill for over a week now and i havent seen my fience alot only like once or twice,hes been really distant and strange and i knew something was up with him and he was scared that i wanted to break up with him coz it just feels really akward between us and i dont know why???

he finds it really hard to open up to me,soo we was on the phone and he told me that hes being looking at all the girls in the gym (where he works) staring at their bums,boobs etc..i know hes a guy and stuff and he normally looks but he doesnt normally look in this kinda way but he told me hes been looking in a different way (like a single man)

he feels really bad and doesnt know what to do,i dont know he know if he loves me anymore,i dont know how his feelings can change ive only not saw him for a few days im sooo confused.

what have i done wrong,am i not good enough anymore,

somebody help asap

you haven't done anything wrong! an i doubt it's because ur not good enough anymore either. You should ask him how long he's been feeling like this for, it could just be nerves as its a serious relationship when you're both still very young. He might be thinking he's not good enough for you anymore.

you both just need to have a chat, seeing as you're engaged there is obviously a reason why you two are together, maybe you should both try and re-discover what it was that brought you together. It's clear you love each other, this could just be one of the many small bumps in the road that a bit of love, attention and affection towards each other can't solve. And if his feelings have changed then it doesn't necessarily mean its the end, your relationship may just need a bit of tlc. I really hope it works out for you!!
