missdimples3 is verified as being by the original poster of the questionI do workout everyday for 2 hours!! but it doesn't seem to go away.. i have a boyfriend that thinks saying he love me about 20 times a day suppose to make me happy! thank you guys for the encouraging words. much needed. thanks.

Go talk to your Chaplain. I think it's pretty normal to build up a lot of unspoken feelings in a situation like yours.
You need to deal with this and do it now.
Also working out is not a bad idea as well, you can let off some steam.
Deployments suck. I see the other side of it, hubby has deployed three times and I'm left with being Mom & Dad and Everything else. It's not easy for anyone.

reader, anonymous, writes (24 July 2010): If you can, take up boxing or mixed martial arts. Anger isn't purely a mental state, and having a physical release is good. Decide on how yo want to be. If you don't want to be angry find the internal strength to control. In my experience, anger comes from not understanding something or being able to express oneself. Also we find ourselves in situations and places we don't want to be in. (such as a war). Be confident that you will have the ability to move in the direction you want, that it takes time and you are taking steps forward in your life. Don't beat yourself up man just move forward.
