The best thing you can do is pluck up your courage and tell her out right how you feel about her. She might say she is not keen on having a boyfriend right now but chances are the news will be a surprise and although she probably won't say yes straightaway, she might think over her situation more if she knows that someone cares about her in that way. The WORST thing you can do is hold back and not say anything because you never know when some random stranger might walk into her life and take her away before your very eyes, and trust me, that ain't nice!
