writes: HI.I read the question about fat decreasing penis size, i really calmed me down because i understood why mine is quite small. so I'm trying to loose some weight so i look better, feel better and have a bigger penis. Any kind of exercise is good to do. It all burns calories.
Do stretches, sit ups, push ups, dancing, step ups on the stairs, lift bean cans.

I've not tried that site but a friend of mine has and liked it.
As long as you are eating lots of healthy, low calorie food like salad and veg then your body will think it's getting fed so will happily burn up your fat. Make sure you drink lots of milk and take multi vitamins as you are a growing lad and need calcium and all the rest though.
Don't go too far.
Work out your BMI using a site like this:

Figure out what weight you need to be to have a healthy BMI and then head for that and NO MORE. Also remember that BMI is only a rough guide as it counts muscle and fat as the same.
