But as a lil girl i had been walking with a friend to my place when we had seen inside a mans house somethin swinging back and forward. We were going to see what it was but my friend said she was scared so we left. Later we heard the man had hung himself. Now i have nightmares of men hanging from trees buildings ect. Could me have seeing that man swinging had caused me to have these nightmares? All opinions open... Even if u think im nuts.

I don't think you're nuts! It's perfectly possible that that could quite easily give you nightmares - its a scary experience!
Probably what you need to try and do is just try to forget about it or what i find best is think of a different storyline instead, i.e think that something else happened and that you didnt see it - it was just a tree branch or something and then convince yourself over and over and over again - it always works for me because then eventually you jbelieve it and you don't worry anymore
and when you do have nightmares - jus put them straight to the back of your mind and think if something else that happened in your drream - i.e. make one up again - it works and its fun because you think of nice random stories every now and then and it really takes your mind off things - sounds crazy i know but hey! XD
hope it gets better soon for you :)
