I'm very concerned about this - so please provide me with an answer ASAP. I'm finding it very difficult to move on and forget about Matthew - and having recently discovered that my insecurity provoked by Matthew's prescene is as a result of my attachement method (avoidant-anxious), am developing a fear of mental health disorders. Please help. I'm scared.

At your age you dont have developed coping skills and thats why you think that everything is the biggest deal. With time you will learn that people come and go in your life and you will be able to handle it. As far as depression and anxiety you will have it off and on through out your life its normal and is only called a mental disorder if it effects your life. For example you stop going out with you friends for months. As far as multiple personality 99% of all cases are caused by sexual abuse as a child. You would know by now if you had someone would have noticed.
Try relaxing and not making everything such a big deal.
