First to the anon male writer, you think guys don't lose their figure? their hair? Get really big ears and nose? Grow hairs like crazy out of the eyebrows, ears and nose? Yeah, guys have it way easier.. For one reason only. Females tend to love a person for who they are not just how they look.
Ok, back to OP.
Age is number. I'm going to hit 40 this year and I'm still kinda surprised how that snuck up on me. I don't look 40 I can still go for late 20's or early 30's. I don't feel 40.
Do something that will make YOU feel good about yourself. Keep fit, eat healthy, enjoy life.
Take the real age test and see how old you really are :)
I'm proud of my age. I'm fitter then I was 10 years ago. I'm more confident. I really don't mind the number 40

Hello hunny! I was born in 1986, and there is nothing special about that! I will be turning thirty, just as you are. It doesn't matter really what age you are, absolutely everybody on God's earth will become older. It is just the natural biology order of life. Don't let it get you down, as this is something that happens to everyone. Besides, do you really think you are old?? Well, you aren't!! You are still very young, and you still have the rest of your life to look forward to, and there is still plenty for you to discover. Have a wonderful birthday!x
