Oover the last couple of months every time me and my partner have sex I have been having pains very deep pains inside... we decided to take things a bit slower and see if that helped, it didn't.. my last period was on the 27th of Feb and on the ninth of March we had intercourse. Since then I have been very tired and my boobs are sore and I have been getting headaches and cramping also my sex drive has gone through the roof and just the general feeling of being pregnant then last night I checked to see if I could feel the threads of the coil and I couldn't, usually I can. I took a test this morning and it was negative... I'm due on again on the 27 of Feb.. could it have fallen out and could I be pregnant?

Absolutely see your doctor soonest if not earlier!
From plannedparenthood.org: "Tell your health care provider immediately if you
find the length of the string ends to be shorter or longer than they were at first, when you feel for them with your fingers
are not able to feel the string ends when you check
feel the hard plastic bottom of the "T" part of the IUD against the cervix, when you check
think you might be pregnant
have periods that are much heavier than normal or last much longer than normal
have severe abdominal cramping, pain, or tenderness in the abdomen
have pain or bleeding during sex
have unexplained fever and/or chills
have flu-like symptoms, such as muscle aches or tiredness
have unusual vaginal discharge
have a missed, late, or unusually light period
have unexplained vaginal bleeding"
From webmd.com: "However, the progestin IUD can have other side effects, including spotting, mood swings, and breast tenderness."
Best to get it checked.
Take care!

It's hard to say since most of the signs you described are also signs of PMS.
You need to see your gyno asap. Schedule an appt. today, and no more sex. If the coil is still lodged in there, you could potentially do more damage.

no test or pregnancy preventative is 100%. So you could be. Repeat the test at the right time and get coil checked.

From what I know you would know if it had fallen out. Go to the family planning clinic and they can check it's position is OK. If they cannot find it too easily, you'll be sent for an ultrasound at the hospital. Sometimes the threads can loop upwards and it's still there. Use condoms in the meantime.
