 The clear fluid is precum, totally normal and natural. Don't worry about it at all. Just means you're excited. As for the being able to orgasm from masturbation and not sex, you should ease up on the masturbation. You've probably habituated yourself to the feeling of your hand, and a soft vagina isn't enough stimulation anymore. It can happen. If you just let up on the masturbation the sensation will come back.

Hey. This is Very normal, dont be alarmed. When you first get aroused, and there is just foreplay or fondling your penis will .. Leak i guess.. or so to say. it is called precum. but be careful, still wear a condom for the pre-cum, it may still get your partner pregnant! You're just a normal guy experiencing normal things :)
