Yes but it is pretty rare and most unlikely.
A bit of bleeding or spotting is more common in pregnancy, but that's usually to do with the instability of the cells on the cervix, and you wouldn't confuse it with a period, because it isn't anything much the same at all.

Some women will continue to spot for either a few months, or the entire duration of their pregnancy. If you are pregnant, go see your OBGYN and tell them about this so they can monitor you and the fetus properly.
If you think you might be pregnant but are still having menstrual cycles, then go see your doctor or buy an at home pregnancy test.

You can have an implantation bleed at the start of the prgnancy. Bleeding can occur but not commonly. You need to see a gp if bleeding occurs during pregnancy, it may be normal but its still worth checking as it could be a sign of miscarraige or a problem! X
