I don’t want to go to my doctor and ask because its not really serious and I think id be wasting his time. I went on the mini pill 3 years ago now and I knew that you put on weight when you do this. 3 years ago I was a healthy size 10 and weighed 10st. I am 5’6’’. Recently I have been rapidly putting on weight and its now getting out of control and I can’t diet and I’ve tried everything. My weight has gone up to over 11st and I now refuse to but any clothes bigger than a size 12, and I’m having trouble because no size 12 clothes can now fit me. I try so hard with diets and no matter what I feel, my fiance says he loves me the way I am and stuff, but my family are the opposite. I still live at home (I’m 19) and live with 3 younger siblings, step dad and mum. I left college in august and I have to admit that I have stopped exercising and now that I have a car - any kind of walking or exercise is non existent. I have tried so hard with dieting, especially that my family keep saying how I’ve put on so much weight and watch what I eat. My problem is that I cannot stop eating, and I know sometimes it can be boredom, but now I’m beginning to think its something else. I could eat all day if I could. I try to stop myself for wanting to snack or make a meal but it makes me want to do it even more. I admit that I do ‘emotional eating’ and eat when I’m sad, but then I go on diets and within 2 days I’m back on eating crap and eating stuff I don’t even need to eat! I have tried to fill myself up with good hunger curbing foods but it never helps. I am trying to walk places and start exercising more. I was wondering if anyone could give me any advice on diets or tips on how I can loose weight, and help curb my hunger for food. Would hypnosis help me with my problem of always wanting to eat?

Talk with your doctor. I guarentee they will help you!
Good luck on that hun.
