Well, the medical facts are simple, you can catch an STD from any contact with bodily fluid.
Open wounds? You got them, all over your body, far to small for you to notice but big enough for viruses to enter.
The risk is not that great but sex with an infected female is risky because female body fluids during sex can't be caught in a condom.
Now, the chance of her getting infected are low BUT any contact with the bodily fluids of another person is potentially risky although the risk varies per disease.
Just google "std infection through skin".
The simple fact is that having contact with others carries a risk. You can't live in a bubble but what he did with the condom is just stupid. Nearly as stupid as having intercourse with a condom and then swallowing sperm from a blowjob or performing unprotected cunninglus.

There's no harm in getting sperm on bare skin.... Unless she had an open wound on her back, And then she'd only be at risk to a few STDs.... Ones I'd really hope he didn't have if he was having sex at all.
I think she's fine... But they should both have tests anyway so that there's no more freaking out should something else happen like this.
If your friend really doesn't like him doing this then she should tell him.

No I don't think you can get as STD from it. Otherwise hand jobs would be really dangerous.
However, how dare he take off his condom and do that to her without asking? If he'd squirted on her private parts then she could have got pregnant or an STD. I think he's been watching too much porn. He may even believe that girls like that since porn stars always act like they do.
That is very disrespectful and I think your friend needs to tell this guy not to treat her like that if he wants to be with her.
Good Luck!! xx
