We sorta knew each other in 6th grade but we never really talked. We are both in 7th grade. Ok well we are really good friends and nobody knows I like him. Well so I am sorta asking two questions. So the first one us does he like me? Ok in one class we have together he sits right next to me and we are always talking. But in the other classes he sits across the room. I occasionally catch him looking at me but then he looks away when I look back. He is always wanting me to sit next to him on the bus or at lunch. He has a nickname for me and wants hugs. Now if he does like me ( here is my second question ) how do i tell him that I like him without ruining our friendship if he doesn't like me.  hi well first off all the signs are there that he does like you, however some guys at this age dont want to admit that they like someone they want to try and act manly and pretend that they dont care about girls that they are more interested in guy stuff.
I think that you should just ask him does he want to hang out with you some evening after school. Dont go straight in and tell him that you like him because it might come as a shock to him and he might get scared and back off, instead meet up with him outside of school, maybe after a while go to movies together or something like that, then maybe you could tell him you like him.
