Mine is usually normal, and always starts the same day on my pill, but I've hardly bled at all today, though I did spot early yesterday and bleed a little, though I don't know if that was my period starting early or not.Anyway if sex doesn't, what else could besides pregnancy? I am almost 100% sure I am not pregnant(on the pill, take it regularly, always have him pull out and use condoms every time, no condom has ever broke). Thanks for any opinions on what may cause this!

The only way sex can effect your periods is if he ejactulates in you. Semen contains a hormone called "prostaglandins" which can stunt calm uterus shedding and bleeding.
However, there are so many things that can effect flow. E.g. amount of fluids you're been drinking, amount of iron in your body, how much you've been exercising and your age. And at 16-17, even with the pill, your body is crazy hormonal so it could be one of a 100 things.
Let time take its course and do things as usual and i'm sure your body will work things out for itself.
