writes: My female partner does have piles for last whole year since she became pregnant. Since she had piles she is unable to have intercourse as she feels pain/uncomfortable when penetrating. Please advise if vaginal irritation has something to do with piles or it is/can be a separate issue.

It's probably a good idea that she sees her doctor again if these are causing problems.
I do hope that I have the definition of 'piles' here correctly. It is not a common US term. So I'm assuming that what I found about it is correctly translated.

If she has internal hemorrhoids then she may be feeling some discomfort. Consider that the vagina and the rectum are not that far apart from each other and that if there are hemorrhoids internally, these could cause some problems. But this needs to be checked by a medical professional. Or there may be some other issues caused by childbearing that have not been addressed.
Really the best thing to do is to pay a visit to the doctor to make sure all is in good order.
