Please take her to the hospital right away, she needs to be checked and yes she can still get Meningitus even if she had the vaccin, it's a very serious thing, get help.Good luck.

the best advice i can give to you is that you need to go to the hospital or your family doctor and get serious medical advice,and get some help sounds really risky to sit around and risk any further damage god bless

I don't know how long the vaccines last, but if she were my daughter, I would take her to a physician immediately and have them run some lab tests, whatever they normally do to screen for that illness. Better to be safe than sorry. It's much more treatable when diagnosed early. I wish you the best.
