reader, anonymous, writes (17 August 2008): Having had the odd 'grape' now and then, I know what it feels like. Cycling might be a problem unless you stay off the saddle, but the rest won't do any harm.
If it (or they) come(s) back see if the doc thinks it's worth having them surgically sorted out. Meanwhile, a little 'Anusol' from the chemist applied after every bowel movement and last thing at night will make it more comfortable.
