If you are patient I think you can train yourself to do more, if you work up to it slowly. There is no real danger with fainting other than hitting your head when you fall. But other than that there is no harm done to your body. Maybe that's why they won't give you medication. Just don't try running marathons or anything and you'll be fine :) good luck!

I have learnt to keep in shape by not pushing too hard, and doing more weight training type of exercise to keep fit. You will not do permanent damage by pushing yourself, but you will still feel really awful.
I would suggest strengthening your heart by working up VERY gradually with your cardiovascular exercise, whatever the sport is. Get to know that feeling of when you've gone too far, then take it down a notch. Are you taking beta blockers?

Hun, you can't trust what people on the internet say over what your doctors say.
I know you want it to be wrong, but they know what they are talking about.
I had low blood pressure for a long time but it's gone up since I put on weight.
Try beefing up a bit and eating lots of iron rich foods like red meat.
Do research on your condition and find out how to get better, THEN you can get back into sport.
Good Luck!! xx
