Again I will ask if she actually said that to you or if it's just a feeling you get but either way my advice would be the same. She might not feel like that about you now but she might in the future. So much changes at your age so stay close to her, stay friends and go out in groups occassionally and maybe in time she'll come round... and even if she doesn't you can never have too many friends.

Hello Dear
It seems to me tah perhaps you've gained a slightly unrealistic view of this girl. What I mean by this is, she is only human. If you make it absolutley clear how you feel and she does not feel the same, i'm afraid you'll have to move on. There is no way to make a girl like you, trust me. If however she does feel the same way but perhaps is too nervous herself, try sitting her down and talking about your feelings, I know that can seem daunting at your age but remember, it's easier to whip off a plaster than to peel it of slowly. Get it over with and who knows, you may come out of it with a brand new partner.
Good luck,
Aunty Flo

When you say she dosen't fancy you, has she physically come up to you and told her this?.
If you want her to like you all you can do really is just be her friend, talk to her, her likes, dislikes, what music does she like ect. then throw in some light flirtatious things like try hold eye contact with her, touch her hand when she gives you someting.
You are still very young, just relax, take your time and have fun, thats what being young is all about.
Good luck
