writes: i am going on holiday in july and i admit i have a belly, but its not really big. (i weigh7 and a half stones) but if i go gym every day and do loads of sit ups, and a balanced diet would i loose my belly in the 2 mounths. and is their any other ways to loose weight?

have will power! do lots of running and lots of sit ups!
try eating 3 meals a day adding fruit and veg as these will give you lots of energy to keep your will power going.(dont eat any snacks too!)

Hi,
Its hard loseing weight in a specific place, but ways you can keep the belly down is just stick to healthy eating and doing abdominal exercises such as sit ups. Also here are some of my top tips:
*cut down on salt intake as salt makes you retain more water and look bloated.
*try eating dairy products such as natural yogurt (low fat), because dairy products are full of slimming nutrients, such as protein, calcium, selenium and fatty acids. Yes really, studies have proven this. Consuming good fat to get rid of your bad belly stored fat.
* drink 8 glasses of water daily to keep your body hydrated and help your body to eliminate wastes and flush toxins.
* Tofu is another great product to help you burn belly fat.

if you go to the gym even every other day, and do sit ups as well as cardio exercise and all over toning to burn calories, and eat less sugar and more fruit and veggies and whole meal bread, whole wheat pasta and brown rice as well as nice lean meat (if youre not a veggie!) you shoudl definitely be able to loose your belly!
