Can I kiss this guy and get away with it?

A female age 36-40, anonymous writes:

Heya, I'm 24 (just to put that out there)!

This guy and I always flirt a lot at work, and I always hug him goodbye before I leave. I always wrap my arms around his neck so our bodies press together real close but I noticed that he only let me hug him from the side recently. When I asked why, he pulled me close so that I could feel a certain something poking me and he said, 'That's why.'

So my first question is this! If he gets like that from us just hugging what do you think would happen if I kissed him (the 'passionate frenching' kind not the 'peck on the cheek' kind)that is, would it be ok to kiss him?

Also what the heck does this guy want from me? When I asked what he wanted he said he thought it was obvious, to which I responded 'Is that all?' and he said 'no'. But he hasn't made a move since then except his usual hugging and flirting.

So to sum it up- Is it safe to say I can kiss this guy and get away with it? And- what on earth does he want from me?

Well since he gets excited that quickly, make sure he's got a spare set of trunks/trousers when ya kiss for the first time :)
