The baby's citizenship with be Turkish. I don't know the citizenship or family court laws in Turkey, or if there can be dual citizenship, although that is unlikely.
I would have the baby born in your home country. I mean it. Seriously.

You need to speak with a lawyer who is familiar with the laws in Turkey. If that is indeed where the baby will be born.
