He has been placed on Hormone Therapy - which is supposed to halt the cancers progress but will not cure him. I am wondering if there is anyone out there who has experienced hormone therapy for PCa (or known someone who has) who could tell me how successful it was and for how long, side effects etc. I realise every individuals experience of cancer is different - I guess I am just looking for some hope that he will have some time - and some quality of life.
