Built up resentment?

what to do like four months ago. my cousin n this guy i like told me im boring. i didnt speak to them about it were not that kind of people to talk things out. lately he flirts with n tried to hug me like 20 times saturday because he liked my perfume.now jokingly he still says it but i took it n still take it kinda hard now they dont say it all the time. and everytime they say something to me now i lash out with alot of attitude n anger confused as to if its built up resentment? what do i do?and could that be the reason?

Yes it's resentment, but who cares. You've been hurt by him before and don't want to get hurt again. He likes you and probably just thinks you are playing back. No one hugs someone they don't like.
