Breech baby - how likely is it that he'll turn in time?

heya

well i'm 28 weeks pregnant...had my last scan the other day and was told that my baby boy is "extended breech"...i should have asked about this at the time but i was too in awe of seeing my beautiful baby so didn't :P But will he turn? he's due in 12 weeks..how likely is it that he'll turn in time? thanks for any replies xxx

Hi honey!

Its very very likely that he will turn in that time, babies do a huge amount of growing and moving and changing in the last trimester!

Dont worry too much even if he doesnt. Modern medicine is very good and there are little risks associated with breech babies any more!
