The mechanics aren't really the issue [ anyway different men like different things ] - but what you describe is more fundamental.
If he doesn't feel sexually attracted to you in what sense is he your 'boyfriend' as opposed to just any old friend ?
Sounds to me you need to look elsewhere for pants-off action.
