writes: ive just had a huge row with the guy i work with, we've been close friends since he started where i work. i also really like him. i know hes very fond of me and we get on really well. he had some bad problems last year and ive basically been there for him through everything. he was struggling at work but now hes doing so well. we had a row regarding the manager because hes always on his case. i kept telling him not to worry and he shouted at me it was ok for me since i wasnt on probation. i was so hurt because ive been nothing but nice to him-been there for him day and night and it was awful today-bad, bad atmosphere. so now what ?. before he would say hes very fond of me but now i dont know. how does he really feel. can things be as they were im so upset help

It's human nature to lash out at people we feel comfortable with so I actually think this means that he does like you. However it's pretty cruddy behaviour and I would be peeved with him if I were you. You hold your head up high you've done nothing wrong. Stand tall and look impossibly gorgeous and ignore him. He'll get the message and if he doesn't he's not worth the hassle.
