I called him(what i dumb thing to do) and was talking and he was like text me i wasz like ok.. So he asked me do i love him do i love him NOO bt i have a lot of feelings for him.. then i asked him did he love me he said NOO.. so we just stoped talking for like 5-10mins and i texted him and were like im bout ta call u he said NOO! i was like mann wutever!! so our birthday is 3 days apart and we both are a LEO and i wonder if we act this way towards each other because we are compatible or just bcuz we are scared to tell each other how we feel?

Secondly, If you want to know how he feels and you are brave enough to ask him, then surely you can add an "I have feelings for you" before the "do you love me?"
So you have both told each other you don't like one another, yet you do like him. So it's likely, he's playing the same odd game that you are.
"I have feelings for you more than a friend. Do you feel that way too?"
That'll more likey get the job done.
As for your question though, my love, people who are compatable like each other because they are just that. And people who like each other are compatable. SO i'm not really sure how to answer that.
But tell him how you feel. Otherwise, you're on a path to pretty much nowhere.

I've been through this before. Guys like him are complicated. He likes you, he just doesnt want to admit it. I'm not sure why guys wont admit they like a girl. I guess its just because they dont want to ruin what you already have. But here is some advice (my cousin told me to do this) stop talking to him for a little while not like a few minutes but like for a couple days then text him basically play hard to get nothing drives a guy crazier than wanting something he cant have. Try that.

You might be compatible but you'll never know how he feels if you dont take the first step and tell him that you have feelings for him but your not quite there yet. If he likes you back he'll tell you.
