More information please: roughly how often are you having sex with your partner; do you masturbate and what happens when you have a second go?Without doubt what you describe is PE. The good news is that it is common and it does get better. We are wired badly and the more that you don't want to cum the more likely it is to happen. Don't obsess about it. Think about the least sexy subjects that you can but please, please, exclude elderly female relatives and neighbours from that category as that way lies a deeply screwed-up mind... If I'm trying to stop myself from cumming I think through chess positions.Try masturbating a few hours before you expect to be having sex with your partner.Have a few drinks to get your system relaxed. Not too many or you're going to have another kind of problem.Go down on her and give her a couple of orgasms before you let her anywhere near your cock. Don't even take it out of your pants until she's cum twice. There are some good posts on this site about how to do that well. Seeing her writhing in pleasure and grinding herself into your face does absolute wonders for removing any performance anxiety that you might have. Essentially your performance is done already and anything that you might do with your cock is just a bonus for her. Strangely, once you know that, you'll be good for 15 - 20 minutes.

Here's where it gets interesting, as everyone has a different opinion on the subject ranging from anxiety, nutrition, stress, deficiencies, illness, to psychological in nature. these are all things that can contribute to PE* premature ejaculation..my first thing would be to say go see your gp about this he will be able to advice you more..although their are a few things you could try, ie cock rings creams or health pills.. but best bet is your doctor will be able to do more than just something that may or may not help all men are different so some things wont work for all.. hope thats help aphex xx
