I no longer have any desire to go out, like I once did. I just want to stay in bed all day.Ive had these feeling on and off for the past five years, which can be very intense at times.I dont want to see a doctor as I feel they will blame my feelings on my age and stage in life. Are there any natural remedies that arent too expensive? Hi there, Much good luck to you, please don't forget about extra light in your room, especially in the winter time. Take care. Please stay in touch.

I think I'm going to try the omega 3 thing for a while as there seems to be good reviews, but if it doesnt help I will definitly drag myself to a doctor as hard as I will find it.
Again thanks for your help, especially those who have been in a similar situation, your advice was very helpful.

Hi there. I once saw a doctor on a health program on television, who strongly advocated the use of Omega-3 capsules for depression. He said that he was treating his patients with it, and they had very good results. You could research it or ask your doctor his opinion. But this was
a reputable doctor and a reputable show on CNN. So I would try it and hopefully it will rectify some of your symptoms.
I would also make sure you have enough light, where you live, especially in the winter time. Light decreases your moodiness. Take care and let us know if you try the Omega-3, and if it helps. Good luck always to you.

And Sugar, if you ever go to a doctor who does not listen to you, and blames your depression on you, then you go out and look until you find a doctor who will listen to you. Best of Luck Sweetie!
