Because of this i have to feel alot closer to her and have a lot of feelings for her not just in a professional manner. Am i feeling this way because she has helped me so much or are they real feelings? Seeing as its christmas and i love giving out presents i have brought her something not only saying merry christmas but also as a thank you. Would i be confusing my feelings even more than a already have by giving it to her? i dont know what to do. This may sound daft but i just cant work things out in my head and though maybe a bit of advice from a stranger could help. All of this has been hiden from family and friends so i cant ask them for help.

Have u ever had feelings for 0r dated a girl before? you might be bi or gay, thats OK. but... give yourself time to work out who you are, this confsion may pass, lots of girls and guys have crushes on ppl of the same sex, it might pass, it might be just a crush thats really strong and its led to some feelings, of course its making u confused, u admire her, she has helped you! and you are grateful.
Can you look at a girl/girls and see yourself in a sexual r/ship with them? or with them instead of a guy?
dont stress and dont act on any feelings, she may be married or have a partner, male or female, be cool and just be freindly. remember she is a fitness teacher and
she may just see you as one of her many students, nothing else.
Beleive me I do know how you feel.
A small, not too personal present would be OK, just to say thanks, but...keep it light and not serious when u give it to her dont expect anything , tell her she has helped you with yr weight " this is just to say thanks for all your help, merry xmas"
good luck

If you are attracted to men you could be bisexual. If you have a strong loving feeling for her (non-sexual) you could be experiencing a girl crush which happens when one girl has a strong degree of admiration for another. Sometimes a crush like that can be very confusing because it can produce similiar feeling of love that you may have felt for an ex at one time.
