Are boxers not for everyone?

A male age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I've read that wearing boxers is better than briefs but how do other guys out there hide their erections in these things? I get easily aroused and sometimes get boners even when I'm not not excited... And it clearly juts out of my pants. Are boxers not for everybody?

Boxer briefs have more "cupping" and control. Be sure to get a proper fit. Center yourself when you pull-up your shorts; and you'll have extra material to hold you in-place and to show less definition when something embarrassing occurs. If worse comes to worse, wear a jock-strap.

Fatherly Advice agony auntWhat you have read is correct in every way. From a strictly health point of view the male sex organs take care of themselves best when they are loose and free to move.

But that isn't really the question is it? Boner control is the question. While tight pants will help keep things under wraps, the real place that boners are controlled is in your brain. The age old advice to think about baseball is actually pretty good advice. As you get older this will sadly be less and less of a problem.

Having said all of that I'm 51 and have worn briefs or boxer briefs since I graduated from diapers. I've managed to father some kids, and been pretty healthy down there until Diabetes caused some dysfunction. So if you feel more comfortable in tight pants when out and about, you won't be doing much damage. And if you are worried about protecting your fertility, Sleep in boxers, and stay away from Marijuana.
